Can anyone tell this is a pet peeve of mine? My sister-in-law is a wonderful and decent loving person who drives me crazy with superstitions. I have friends that will do anything for you... but if one superstition rears it's ugly head, they are hiding and running form 'curses' and junk, living in bondage to fear and rules. Superstition keeps people in fear and chained to do's and don'ts that accomplish and profit nothing but servitude to ignorance.

As many RR post contain Numerology, astrology, bible-codes, alien and UFO belief, and many other 'superstitions' I'm not surprised at this.

The people you know were all raised to believe in ridiculous superstitious nonsense. Once you trained someone to believe in something based only on faith you've created a mind that's not inquistive or demanding enough to seperate reality from fantasy. Like nearly everyone on RR
