The only people who believe in this garbage, are people who don't believe in God.
People who believe in God realize God is in control of the elements and it is God who is responsible for the order of the Universe.
God is going to put an end to the Universe with fire, reserved for the day of judgement and Ungodly men. This will happen but not anytime soon. Christ will rule the nations for 1,000 years and there will be peace on earth. Awhile after that reign is over, the earth will be destroyed.
