The problem isn't Muslims; it's religious fundamentalists. The terrorists happen to be Muslim fundamentalists, because their parents raised them as Muslims instead of Christians. But their bigoted, holier-than-thou mentality is exactly the same as the fundamentalists who were raised as Christians. They aren't doing anything that a lot of Christian fundies wouldn't do if they had the power to enforce their "I'm right and everyone else is wrong and ought to be killed" religious philosophy.
