It started stupid, but then he contridicted himself and proved the evolution process anyway. [quote]All we see are millions of different kinds of animals . . .[quote]

Try looking at some literature. The fossil record is absolutely amazing, with literally thousands of transitional fossils.
Never mind, dumbass, I forgot who I was talking to.
11/20/2007 9:50:42 PM
Bu- oh wait, it's supersport.
11/20/2007 10:08:06 PM
He's right, we don't see any animals that aren't ... animals.
11/20/2007 10:09:50 PM
"there is no evidence of any animal "evolving" into some other type of animal."
Except, you know, the mountains of evidence that we do have...
11/20/2007 10:12:20 PM
"countless bum organs or useless tissues"
Appendix. Coccyx. Wisdom teeth. And these are just the three most obvious, in just modern humans. Yeah, that's right, retard. IN YOU.
11/20/2007 10:29:42 PM
You don't see all those failures you listed because developmental issues that bad almost always result in miscarriage.
11/20/2007 10:52:39 PM
And with appendixes and tailbones and earlobes, and unused brainular organs.
We sure as crap don't see any of it. Sad.
11/20/2007 10:55:06 PM
Hey, #366219, the theory of evolution doesn't say shit about whether or not life or DNA were designed by God, it simply predicts how life develops from one species to the next. Learn your facts before you claim to have proof that evolution is wrong!
11/20/2007 11:07:18 PM
I seriously hope you are joking.

...webbed limbs that allow gliding but not flying?
...depressed light-sensitive spots that can't see but can sense light directionally?
...degenerated organs that no longer serve a purpose in the organism's current lifestyle?
But hey, creo. And apparently supersport under another name as well. They tend to be pretty immune to scientific definitions of "transitional forms".
11/20/2007 11:12:04 PM
Err, so what about the Halibut of flatfish, whose eye and skull design is pretty messed up. How well can chickens fly? Yet they have wings. We have a now useless organ called the Appendix, and our pinki toes, which were once used for balancing aren't so necessary.
11/20/2007 11:12:45 PM
What about the fact that this "Intelligent Evolution Quick Guide" is chock full of logical fallacies?
11/20/2007 11:14:17 PM
Very few individuals actually become fossilized. Creatures with major disadvantages do not leave many viable offspring. The odds of a grossly malformed individual becoming a surviving fossil and being found by a person who knows what s/he is looking at is, while not actually zero, is essentially zero.
There is no evidence of supersport arriving at the correct answer.
11/21/2007 12:30:51 AM
lights on but not at home!

It's nice to see that guzman (supersport) still has no understanding of evolution. I have always admired how consistent he is. Completely ignorant, but consistent.
11/21/2007 1:17:35 AM
I have multiple penises, if that counts?
11/21/2007 3:27:23 AM
I think supersport is thinking that paleontologists have to dig up a fossil that is like a time lapse movie of one creature changing into another before it can be added to the mountains of evidence for evolution.
11/21/2007 4:54:23 AM
(sigh) And and for the 117'th time:
EVOLUTION DOSN'T WORK THAT WAY!
11/21/2007 5:08:44 AM
Tilting at strawman windmills again supersport?
11/21/2007 6:02:09 AM
We have the transitional fossils. We win.
11/21/2007 6:18:27 AM
"Experiments of evolution". That theory was elaborated from observation of the natural world as it is now and, through fossiles, what it was like in the past, NOT AS IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE IN ORDER TO SUIT YOUR DUMMIE NOTIONS.
11/21/2007 6:24:38 AM
"the fossil record should show countless organisms that are the failed experiments of evolution"
"eyes on the back of heads"
Not a failed experiment, my mom definitely had these!
"noses on feet"
I.e. close to the ground, where the scent trails are. If a particularly nasty cold virus hadn't made all the animals unable to stand up, they would be here still.
"cats or other mammals with worthless wingsprouts"
Well obviously cats would start developing wings, how else were they going to catch the flying mice that would eventually become bats?
Even to this day, bats mostly come out at night to better escape detection from the flying cats that once hunted them. Of course, the flying cats are no more, hunted to extinction by the ancestor of the domestic dog.
Which is why, even now, dogs are so good at leaping into the air to catch frisbees.
"countless bum organs"
Don't knock it. If you hadn't evolved a second 'bum' organ, how would you be able to spout shit from both ends?
11/21/2007 6:32:13 AM
I think supersport must have graduated summa cum laude from MSU[*]
