I suspect that while desperately floundering for some excuse for their own failures, the racist must make an entire group of people either morally or biologically inferior. This is so there is a motivation for that group to be persecuting them.

That's funny. I went with my high school's Rotary Club to New Orleans, and there were a lot more girls then guys in our group, and New Orleans has a lot of black people, but yet no one was raped. In fact the black people we did meet were all very nice and friendly.

I have to agree to an extent. Look at all the rapes in just Cincinnati. When it's a black man raping someone it's usually a white woman. 99.9% of the time.
