I think we should elect leaders who are Bible-believing Christians and have the power to initiate nuclear conflict. Armageddon is not a subjective belief, the Bible is clear on this. Billions will be exterminated, yes, but there is an eternal life after this one. Where you spend this eternity depends on your trust in Jesus, though.

"I think we should elect leaders who are Bible-believing Christians and have the power to initiate nuclear conflict."
That's why we leave the important thinking to better qualified individuals than you.
"Armageddon is not a subjective belief,"
Of course it is. It certainly isn't objective.
"the Bible is clear on this."
The Bible is rarely clear on anything. Also, just because something is clearly stated in an ancient fairy tale doesn't make that clearly stated something true.
"Billions will be exterminated, yes, but there is an eternal life after this one."
Betting one's life, or the lives of others, on the promises of an ancient fairy tale is not good thinking.
"Where you spend this eternity depends on your trust in Jesus, though. "
No, when your remains spend a large amount of their time depends upon where your survivors bury you, and it's geologic stability. Even so, what makes you you dies when your brain dies.
"Nuclear Holocaust for Jesus" nthed.
You know, I heard something like this somewhere on TV. On the show Heroes, a character named Linderman says that a nuclear disaster needs to happen for the world to heal itself. Believe it or not, he's a villian.
Ohyeah, this particular stripe I find particularly horrifying, because they're such serious advocates of violence against Everybody Else. I'm sure Jesus is SO proud of stuff like this being done in his name. The guy wanted people to be able to live together without all that needless killing of one another, and here come these fucktards with their hateful messages like that one, advocating worldwide slaughter. I'm feelin' the love, here.
"Nuclear Holocaust for Jesus" is indeed a fine award for this piece of resistance.
I don't normally advocate violence against an entire group of people, but in his case he's pretty much requesting it.
Ultranordic and everyone who wants a nuclear war in the name of God, die in fires![/]
As far as I'm concerned, there is no greater crime religion has to answer for (and there are quite a few!) than inducing such callous disregard for the value of human life. Valuing it in some other world after this one doesn't count, because every last shred of evidence we have tells us that our life in this world is the only one we get.
You're a sick, evil piece of shit.
This bit creeps me out, just as much:
Where you spend this eternity depends on your trust in Jesus, though.
So, you just want to see anyone who isn't a genocide endorsing sicko to burn in Hell, eh?
You're a piece of work ultranordic, truly you are. People like you make me ashamed to be a member of the human race.
You're a piece of work ultranordic, truly you are. People like you make me ashamed to be a member of the human race. Not to mention Nordic.
Armageddon is not a subjective belief, the Bible is clear on this. In a way, you're right. The Bible has been clearly proved to be objectively wrong on the subject of the end times.
Matthew 5:39
But I tell you, Do not resist an evil person. If someone strikes you on the right cheek, turn to him the other also. And as he is winding up to strike you again, push the shiny red button and vapourize him.
What a great plan for an All-Knowing Omnicient diety to create to save all humanity! Only one religion based on a semi-dead semi-human Jew who "died" 2,000 years ago, and thousands of years after humans had even evolved as well!
The sheer irrationality of this belief, that that guy is the savior of ALL humanity, is one of the main reasons as to why I am not a Christian.
Reading this makes me think I should stock up on military surplus gear, move upstate, and buy a gun. Maybe some other combat and survival equipment too. Build a bunker, even.
Once the nukes start fallin', it's just time till the zombies come a-callin'. Can't blame a man for wanting to be prepared.
Nuclear Holocaust for Jayzuz increment: plus one.Now where'd I put that gasmask...?
Edit: Oh wait I'm the one who STARTED the "Nuclear Holocaust for Jesus" award nomination. XD

I'm sorry, I thought the US already had a 'Bible-believing Christian with the power to initiate nuclear conflict'. One who is probably just itching for an excuse to press the red button.
That is a TOTALLY unfair characterization of George W. Bush! It's not a red button AT ALL, it's an authorization code.
I think I'd prefer the trigger to be in the power of someone who ISN'T looking to the next life as a reward, but rather someone who valued everything in this world and life, and who would be well aware what would be lost....
So...the end of the world ain't coming fast enough for you, LET'S PROD IT ALONG A LITTLE.
Fucking terrifying that there are people who honestly think this.
Confused?
