So we should go to a voodoo priest?

And this is bad because...?

\"The advantage of psychology is that it looks to man for the solution rather than God, and reduces behavior and human problems to functions of chemicals in the body. It is inherantly anti-supernatural and skeptical.\"
There, fixed that one phrase you got wrong.

Kinda like how the problem with my computer is that it's made of transistors?

anti-supenatural? so.... natural?
Like our bodies, the temples, are natural.
Seems fine to me.

Silly me, how could I think the problem would be with me? When really God's got a central processor in which all our mental functions occur.

"It is inherantly anti-supernatural and skeptical."
Only when it is done right.

What the heck is supernatural and why would Psychology have any opinion on it. Here's a hint; if it happens, it's natural.
Also, Psychology doesn't look to man; it looks at the natural observation of the world -a study of how humans intereact in this environment.

You say this like it's a problem and not just a fact of the practice.
10/23/2009 6:34:39 AM
The same logic can be applied to medicine, engineery and the cops, for that matter. Your point?
2/12/2010 4:24:54 AM
Super natural things were NEVER taken seriously. Indeed.
1/30/2011 11:35:37 AM
maybe the supernatural is looked at that way because its batshit crazy
1/30/2011 12:16:21 PM
You say that like it's a bad thing.
1/30/2011 1:32:36 PM
Yet you all look down on those "supernatural" practices of the Wicca and other bullshit similar to it. Do us all a favor and make up your minds!
1/30/2011 8:11:18 PM
I don't see the problem, these are just basic facts.
