Quote# 2227

We see a lot of restoration miracles. I have heard of reports of people who have had organs removed and then later on when the doctor goes to take an xray, the body has regenerated those parts, or God may have performed a restoration miracle.

Just once I'd like to see a crazy ass statement like this backed up with some kind of documentation.

Not that that's ever going to happen.

Sometimes surgical instruments appear inside of patients after surgeries, the body has formed those tools, or God has performed a tool fabrication miracle.

Perhaps he's talking about the liver, which does have the ability to partially regenerate...but, nah, that'd imply he had some sort of intelligence going on.

Liver? nah, nobody has their liver removed. The only thing I can come up with is the tonsils which can certainly grow back, but it's not like
God is saving somebody's life by growing back their tonsils. Grown somebody back a new kidney or something if you want to impress me.

Strange it's only vague 'internal organs' on x-rays that regenerate, and not - for example - arms or legs.

"His appendix was removed 6 months ago for acute appendicitis. Patient is complaining of horrible stomach pains again. X-ray shows that his appendix had miraculously grown back again, praise God! Second surgery recommended to prove the miracle."

Didn't think so. Funny how no one ever thinks to actually DOCUMENT these big miracles.

If that were true, it'd be a medical miracle, and be all over the news.

If you are talking about transplants then doctors did it. If not then you're an idiot.

Well, if any fundie has ever prayed for a higher IQ, god's track record isn't very good.
