The ONLY "world constitution" which had or has a "wall" between church and state is the "communist constitution" or Russia. First amendment rights have been so denigrated by the ACLU, and other "Christian bashers" that it is no longer recognizable. Fortunately, the "202" amendment was struck down, and grassroots organizations still have "free speech"... You can trace the "fall of America" back to M. M. O'Hare ?? and her attack against the "free speech" of prayer. The "nut" in CA is trying to further remove GOD from city, state and government buildings and money. When will Americans rise up, and shut down this insanity ? Might require another "civil war" ??
