But no where in the Bible does it say that slave owners will not inherit the kingdom of God, etc. While I personally believe slavery is wrong -- maybe its not as much as we think it is if its never clearly condemned like other practices are (like idolatry, pride and homosexuality).

The bible details how a master should treat his slaves.

According to the bible, if you beat your slaves and they die immediately, then you're to be punished. If you beat them and they die a week later, then you're free to go.

The Bible doesn't disapprove of slavery because it was written by primitive bronze age tribal leaders who supported the idea of slavery, particularly for those whom they conquered.

Exactly a point I've been trying fundies to grasp for a while. By NOT condemning or stopping slavery, and by giving laws FOR it, the bible has encouraged slavery, and supported it. Therefore, so does biblegod.
