Beyond that a couple of things. The ID movement goes out of its way to say they aren't young earth creationists. So after citing the gods of ID the idiot cites the bullshit of fall, flood and tower of Babel. Can't you fundie assclowns get it together and come up with a logically consistant pile of bullshit?

Well it's clear that Mr. Dritt hasn't. Dembski and Behe, at least, have acknowledged that the earth is old. Phillip Johnson, when asked directly, stated he favors the old earth theory, but leaves himself an out by admitting he's accepting the word of scientists on this and maybe they're wrong. All of these guys get a lot of their support from guys like Jimmy Dritt who think Dembski, et. al. support the Genesis story, so they're usually careful not to come out too explicitly against the Young Earthers lest it cut into their book sales.

I haven't read the book or looked at the thread but I am willing to go out on a limb here and say that Allen's book is probably not a fantasy novel hence his rejection of all the mythology JOD mentions. Am I wrong?
