Whether or not some persons have put Darwin's work to heinous purposes has not effect upon the truth of Darwin's conclusions.

Well then, it is wrong.
I know of no cases were anyone has been shot or blown up in the name of atheism.
Darwin's use of the word "races" does not refer to human races, but to all animal species.
Darwin makes no references to atheism, pro or con.
The Atlas of Creation sounds like just another piece of creationist propaganda, lightly researched and infused with creationist "urban legends."

Racism and terrorism predates Darwin by millenia. Nazis were Christian, and thus not atheist. And Communism isn't "bad", it just doesn't work because people are greedy, lazy little fucks.

Um, about the "which God" thing: just so we're on the same page, we're all aware that Allah is the same God, right? The argument is about His instructions and our manner of worship, not His identity.
