it is funny when this type of material is used to try and further the THEORY of evolution when it only shows that evolution happens. evoltuion DOES NOT automaticaly prove the theory is true.

He probably means that even if an instance of evolution happening were proven, it wouldn't prove the whole shebang -- the theory of common descent included. I.e., the theory of evolution is more than the hypothesis that some creatures evolve.
While this may be true, it's absurd for him to ignore the fact that evolutionary theory is about piecing together millions of sources of data into a big picture. If someone goes to a great length to show how evolution happened in one area, it's usually to discredit the notion that evolution does not and can not occur.
So, let me get this strraight...this guy is claiming that proving evolution happens doesn't prove that evolution happened? While technically speaking, that's a valid statement, proving that evolution happens is pretty damn strong evidence that is has happened in the past, certainly stronger evidence than the Bible is for Creationism...
So, normally the most basic axiom of a = a is true, except when it concerns evolution? Yet Bible-based creationism requires NO proof at all?!?
Talk about a double standard of proof!

it is funny when this type of material is used to try and further the MYTH of God when it only shows that Biblical events happens. The Bible DOES NOT automaticaly prove that God is true
There. Fixed it for you.
It... This...
It may be true that we haven't mapped out entirely how creatures evolved into their current state.
This is possible in the same way that I'm not exactly sure exactly what my insides are doing at any given moment. It's enough to observe the gestalt and understand the net effects.
It may also be true that, somehow, humanity does not share common descent with any other species on the planet, instead having evolved from a completely different strain of microorganism, which followed an essentially direct path to our existence, yet by pure chance is identical in most regards to the genetic structures found in certain apes.
This is about as likely as you suddenly being dragged into hell, along with the Pope, to engage in pugilism atop the head of a pin. While the hindu trinity takes bets on who will win and the Borg decides that assimilation is a not-so-hot idea.
Perhaps, it is even less likely than this bizzare scenario, but I cannot be sure.
Um, he's saying that if evolution happens, it doesn't mean the theory of evolution is correct.
Lamarck's theory of evolution is wrong - but evolution happens.
Darwin's theory of evolution happens to be right (when modified to include genetics etc), but the fact that evolution occurs doesn't prove the theory any more than it proves Lamarck's.
Confused?
