Price I was paying for gas under Clinton: About a buck for most of his two terms.
Price with Texas orangutang running things: Rises almost instantly after he takes office and then fluctuates wildly between two and three dollars for the last three years.
That's certainly quite a difference, but most mathematicians would say it's an increase when veiwed comparatively....
