Bermuda Governor, John Rankin, approved a bill on Wednesday that reverses a Supreme Court ruling last year that allowed gay marriage.

Under the Domestic Partnership Act 2017, already passed by Bermuda's House of Assembly and Senate, any Bermudian will be allowed to form domestic partnerships which the government says will offer equal rights.
In reality it's often not equal in the practical sense, requiring multiple unreasonable hoops to jump through to secure the rights that are given in one fell swoop with a marriage license. I think in Florida, until marriage equality was finally settled law, it required something like applying for and securing 23 or more individual pieces of unique documentation. both governmental and financial like insurance coverage which may or may not be obligated to comply with Florida law, to put a "Civil Union" on the same footing.
(and IIRC Florida had at least drafted if not passed legislation that purposefully blocked non-married same sex couples from seeing their loved one in the hospital, intentionally disqualifying them from being legally defined as "next of kin")
For the sake of intellectual honesty I can't speak to the process nor do I intend to imply this is the case in Bermuda. However, and regardless ...

Bermuda is a British territory. The UK has had same sex marriage longer than the U.S. I suspect this will eventually be reversed.
But the United States will not reverse SSM without a Supreme Court reversal of Obergefell v. Hodges. And it's not likely anyone would have legal standing to sue to reverse it.
Bermuda (where you're not) has passed a law against same-sex marriage (which you're not in). For what reason are you praising god? Or are you just rejoicing in glee because a privilege was taken away from some people (that you don't know)?

Just as fundie bakers in Northern Ireland lost their appeal (thus still have to make cakes for couples who just happen to be of the same gender): as NI is part of the Union, and therefore have to abide by our laws; and as Bermuda is a protectorate of Britain, I guess you know where this is going...!
