That is like screaming in a public place, "I'm stupid."
A bacterial flagellum is a motorized system the size of a virus with more power than a NASCAR engine. Mankind couldn't recreate it. A motor has never been observed to be the result of anything but intelligence. But, you want us to believe a bacterial flagellum could be the result of anything but an intelligent being?
The sun is 400 times bigger than the moon. Yet, the same distance to form a perfect solar eclipse as it did last year. You want us to believe that kind of symmetry is result of random chance rather than an intelligent being?
Face it,[...], your belief system is a lie.

Yeah, the sun and moon being in the right place for an eclipse? That's a temporary thing. The moon is slowly moving, and eventually it won't be able to do that anymore.
And of course a flagellum can evolve. But when we show you the proof you start screaming and cover your eyes.

Not always.

I don't understand that argument, anyway. What's so great about having eclipses (other than giving people something cool to look at once in a while) in the first place that would make a god design things so that we would get them? And if they are so great, why wouldn't the "designer" make it happen every month? (like it would if the sun and moon "lined up" the right way, so to speak.)
"A bacterial flagellum is a motorized system ... Mankind couldn't recreate it."
And when mankind CAN create it, what will you shift to?
" You want us to believe that kind of symmetry is result of random chance rather than an intelligent being?"
What is there about the eclipse that tells you it CAN'T be a random development?
I mean, a rock covers a star, from a particular point of view, for a brief moment, once in a while...therefore God?
As they've told me since 5th grade math: Show your work.
You don't seem to understand: a DNA change that causes a variation is a random chance, but whether that design is successful is not. Nature has had billions of years and uncountable numbers of "experiments" to work with, and the failures are merely recycled.
I will pay attention to your "engine" analogy whenever you can demonstrate that an engine gives birth to teeny, tiny little engines, with variations.
Then there's cancer and Ebola and the moon to sun ration isn't as precise as you seem to think it is. I can cover the sun and moon with my thumb, or any number of inanimate objects, simply by working the distance away from my eyes that I hold it.

LOL, I'd love to see a flagellum push a 1 1/2 ton race car around a track at nearly 200 MPH.
Mankind couldn't recreate it.
We could if we wanted to, but right now we're way past that and are working on robotic mules.

Yes. You have yet to prove that it was caused by an intelligent being. You have as much evidence as the loony UFO nutters who think the moon is an artificial satellite built by aliens and moved into orbit around Earth.
That's not how it works. If a human had a proportional leg strength of a flea, they could leap over 50-story buildings. The attempt would also snap their tendons and shred their leg muscles. Not to mention that the landing would be fatal. Similarly, if a flea were scaled up to human size, their legs would break off if they tried to stand up, and they couldn't breathe. Things which exist on vastly different scales aren't directly comparable in their function.

Yes.
1- Facts =/= 'Belie f'
2- A theory with astronomical, mathematical, and xenogeological evidence to back such up vs. a book of fairytales? My, but that's a toughie...!
3- Kitzmiller vs. Dover proves you wrong. The law - and Romans 13:1-5 - says so
4- ?????
5- A bacterium is more intelligent than your 'God'. Because unlike your (Un)intelligent Designer - and 'ID' was destroyed by KvD - said bacteria exist .
Confused?
