Anyone that doesn't know who God is either is willingly blind or isn't trying to find out.
Even atheists think they know who God is and resent Him.

Well, this guy has a point: if there's anyone in the West or the East who hasn't heard that story by now, they must be living very isolated lives indeed.
Though I'd say that resenting Yehovah is a rational response to being set up to fail, where failure means eternal torture and success means submission to an abusive relationship.
I know who god is. God is a legend from my youth, hero (or villain) of dozens of preposterous tales that have bamboozled millions. I believed in god for a little bit longer than I believed in Santa Claus, even though one was as likely as the other.
I've grown up since then.
I do know who god is (after all you people refuse to shut up about it), but I hate it the same way I hate Bella Swan, namely as a fictional character.
Regardless, my resentment with god is therefore less with itself, and more with the people who invent it and claim to represent it. Aka you.
You know, people who keep using their deity as an excuse to propagate their own bigotry, hatred, and ignorance?
I could go on and on about the sheer arrogance and all of a single human thinking they perfectly represent and understand the wishes of an omnipotent cosmic entity, but I'm going to keep this short.
"Why do you (atheists) hate God?", chapter 9 billion and six.
We don't hate God any more than we hate Superman, Hercules, Bugs Bunny, or the Silver Surfer. We hate the scam that is religion. A scam that has infected human minds for purposes of control and profit. We hate lazy people who wind up their minions and lie for a living. We hate emotional predators as much as we hate sexual predators. We hate that which divides and conquers. We hate that which gives false hope in exchange for ownership. We hate that which promotes suicidal "sacrifice" by means of false promises of Happyland in some alleged afterlife. We hate the feral, angry, frightened excuses for self-sufficient human beings that religious manipulators create. We hate that which denounces pride as a "sin". We hate the fact that you are so trapped in your delusional meme that you can't or won't understand this.
Does any of this penetrate your colon and reach your brain?
There is absolutely no need to hate a fictional character. What I hate is the conduct of many of his most devoted fans. Far too many of them are willfully ignorant, greedy, entitled hypocrites who look down their noses at others because we are not infected with the same Mind Virus as they are. And as if that weren't infuriating enough, they demand that we grant them permission to regulate every aspect of our lives, & they act quite put out when that permission is denied. And if that isn't enough to get under one's skin, they then have the fucking nerve to cry about the big mean atheists who are "mean to them". Mean to them simply by existing & disproving their every stereotype, & we make them feel stupid. We make them feel stupid because they are, & we are not.
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
