Most of the Founding Fathers were Deists, not Christians. They were also aware of Jews, Muslims, and Atheists, at the very minimum. At least a few of them had great respect for Muslims (though note that Wahhabism didn't exist yet, so it's unknown how it would have colored their views of Islam in general if it had existed).
She speaks entirely in bizarre platitudes. She can't say "West", it's always "Sodomic West", "Western Sodomites", "Post-Christian West", "well-fed West", "Secular West".
And never THE West. It reminds me of when Yoko Ono could never say "THE Beatles" but only "Beatles". "Beatles will do this", "Beatles will do that".
I don't know how Rhye, AC, Colin, Parodyx and others do this. I know I don't have the patience to deal with people on CNN.

@2055008: With a few exceptions (this not being one of them), you are generally free to say whatever you please about whomever you please, regardless of whether that person is present. At the same time, though, if your words about somebody later come back to bite you in the ass, then it's your problem.
This is why I don't give a fuck about what people say about me behind my back and don't worry about it. If someone is going to prejudge me based on second- or third-hand information about me said behind my back, then I don't want anything to do with them; they're not worth my time. And I don't have to defend myself, because I don't have to answer to you or anybody else. The same applies to everyone. If you answer to another person, it's your choice. Ultimately, the only thing I choose to answer to is my own conscience.
