Quote# 12669

[Emphasis added]

Congress has the right to regulate the judiciary, including its jurisdiction. Under federal law, it was clear that the federal court did not have jurisdiction outside the terrorist of the United States, particularly when it involved a person of foreign citizenship (in this case a Yemeni).
[...]
In its warning, SCOTUS was really saying "This is a political decision that we demand rights to usurp, any attempt of the people of the Republic to defy us will only cause us to use more inventive reasons to maintain illegal power - no matter what the law says or the people want".

To my mind, that is naked power and repression. We ought to reply with federal marshalls arresting the bastards and shooting them between their terrorist loving eyes.

They have medication for these conditions, you know. You'll feel much better and the threats won't come from all sides any more.

I'm not surprised this accident of nature thinks we should shoot the Supreme Court justices upon their arrest. He doesn't seem to care much for the judicial process when applied to brown people, why should he care about it with judges?

Ummmm, I'm not exactly a US legal expert, but hasn't this guy said enough to be arrested under the Patriot Act? Did he just say all nine Supreme Court judges deserved to be executed in cold blood?

Really, the best I can make out of this is that max is paranoid, not too bright and has no respect for due process. My conservetard to English translator can't find a truly error-free sentence in this post.

Congress doesn't have the right to regulate SCOTUS.

I highly recommend you take a gander at Article VI of our Constitution. Something about signed treaties being \"the highest law of the land\".

I thought the \"highest law of the land\" was any legislation made while you were high off your ass...

First you give your own interpretation of something, then tell us what those words mean to you?

Did you mean 'territories'?

Did you bump your head?

Change your name to 'facts perish'.

Anyone else see the irony in denying a judge a trial before executing him?

<<< Congress has the right to regulate the judiciary, including its jurisdiction. >>>

Not the Supreme Court, dipshit. The Constitution gives Congress the right to regulate all the courts below the Supreme Court, but not the Supreme Court.
