Let me tell you the truth about American history in regards of the military. In the past, ending at WWII, Americans had high morale. This is because America has morale. This morale came only through the Holy Bible. Now that the Holy Bible has been replaced with Darwin's immoral "Origin of the Species," American morale has degenerated to the point where joining the Army to die for nothing is meaningless!

Yep. Every sunday instead of going to church and listening to the babble, soldiers instead are forced to hear readings from the \"Origin of the Species\". Well, we've been found out. Darn.

This is a recent development? I was in Vietnam, and I can tell you from personal experience that there was a morale problem 35 years ago.
Of course, this is another Sean Hannity fuckwit quote, and is typically ill-informed and meaningless, like Half-wit Hannity himself.

Of course. Everyone knows the scientists are lying when they say the Darwin died in 1882- duh! Their dating methods are innacurate! He published The Origin of Species in the 1950's just so he could destroy our morale!

I'll ask my sister's fiancee about the moral situation and why it is lower than it supposedly was post WW2.

You mean there was a time when joining the Army to die for nothing was a good idea?

Dying for nothing is, by definition, meaningless.

Amazing, the way these people seem to think that the theory of evolution creeps into every aspect of our lives. Apart from the scientific advances, our lives don't really change much.

So ... young men aren't as willing to be used as cannon fodder by their government as they used to be? And that's a bad thing?

One other point. The word you're searching for is \"amoral\", only one \"m\".

First, Shitwit, \"morale\" and \"moral\" are very different.

Second, joining the army to die for nothing has always been meaningless.

And, once again, I'd bet dollars to dead flies that this retard never read or even held a book by Darwin.

First of all, morale and moral are two very different things. You can have incredilbe morale when being a total amoral or immoral asshole.

Secondly, the bible doesn't make you happy.

Furthermore, the bible hasn't been replaced by a secular book just yet. But it would be cool if soldiers can get physics textbooks to read from before going into battle over 20 years.

Last, dying for nothing has never been a good idea in any way.

Congratulations. You are wrong on all points.

Let me tell you the truth about American history in regards of the military. In the past, ending at WWII, Americans had high morale. This is because America has morale.

Americans had morale because America had morale? Tautological, yet stupid.

This morale came only through the Holy Bible.

Wow, you managed to derail from both the linguistic track and the logic track at the same time. Nice feat -- congratulations on winning the nice pointy hat, and enjoy your honorary seat at the stool in the classroom corner.

Now that the Holy Bible has been replaced with Darwin's immoral \"Origin of the Species,\" ...

No, it hasn't; and it is amoral, not immoral, and makes no attempt to make any moral judgments; and you got the title wrong anyhow (all of which others here have already pointed out). Besides, the book has been out for, what, about 120 years or so? And it has been accepted by the scientific community for nearly all of that time. It certainly didn't just languish in total obscurity until after the Second World War!

... American morale has degenerated to the point where joining the Army to die for nothing is meaningless!

Wow, that is just brilliantly mindless, as so many others here have already rightly observed. Congratulations on demonstrating a stupefyingly foolish existence!

And since when was it meaningFUL to die for nothing?

Yeh, America had high morale after they blew up hiroshima, but it had more to do with ending the war then the holy bible.

Plus you're bound to feel kinda superior and secure when you've just shown the world you're the only ones who posess viable nuclear weapons and are quite willing to use them.
