The Left wing has the goal of destroying whatever society they are a part of, and that naturally appeals to the rivals of that society.

He's claiming all persons who are not politically conservative - or, in this case, reactionary merely for the sake of being contrarian - want to "destroy society" by...um...apparently the bar here is the will to actively disagree over political and social matters.
The OP is very likely the sort of person who unself-consciously bitches and moans that he is 'forced' into paying for social programs or changes that benefit society if he himself doesn't gain - and that, immediately - by participation.
He's part of the "I Got Mine, So Fuck You" school of political philosophy...and worse is how this guy thinks he has any cause to projectile-shit from his face-sphincter about how others are "destroying" a society in which he refuses to invest unlesss required by law.
It practically haunts self-absorbed pricks like the OP that a nickel from their income, property, or sales taxes might go toward educating minor non-citizens, providing health-care to single mothers, or helping anybody else they deem unworthy.
He doesn't see his attempt to ignore the needs and concerns of people and groups he dislikes as destructive - a blind spot that comes of his passive-aggression toward social infrastructure.
In reality - a place a lot of these fucks avoid - neglect is destructive.
