It also doesn't contain the phrase, "Separation of church and state." Not in whole or in part, not implied or explicit. If your argument is correct, then surely it would be in there. But it isn't. Because you are full of crap.

I knew exactly what your thoughts were when you wrote:

But people have the right to do these things, the latter two wherever and whenever they bloody well please, which is what the 1st Amendment says.
