Yes. It's a large, white building in Stockholm, Sweden. I was hanging with Anita as I was her friend and decided to take a look inside. Based on context I'm guessing that your comment about us being dependent on "feminist male clinics for orgasms" was actually intended to refer to these clinics sterilizing the chastity devices (alternatively you just ignored the question of sanitation, and were going off on a tangent, but I'll assume the former).
So in other words there are clinics set up all over the country (or world, or developed world, or whatever), where all 150 million men in the US (or 3.5 billion on Earth) have to go every few days (I'd estimate at least twice a week) to have their junk cleaned.
These clinics would literally have to serve more people than McDonald's or Starbucks. And you think any sane government would allocate those kind of resources just for the sadistic glee of making half their population suffer (to say nothing of the risk of both armed rebellion, and people simply refusing to pay taxes that are used against them).
