Like I am willing to die in the place of a baby that would be aborted. If you know a young or old girl or woman that is considering an abortion I would gladly die in the baby's place. This is not an attempt to shock you, or anyone else, it is what Jesus did for me, and He said "Do what I did."

"My newbie friend, I "reject" the interpretation of your [plural] observations.

We [plural] actually hold science up to a higher Standard.

Quote# 37711

I asked him, "How long have you been like this?"

"For many years, I have heard these demons talk to me and speak through me. I want to be free, but I can’t."

"Yes you can!" I assured him. "And I believe that you will be set free today."

"Can you drive out the demons from me?"

"I sure can with God’s power."

He grinned, "I think you can."

"I know I can." I laid my hands on the man and said calmly, yet sternly, "In the name of Jesus, I command all the evil spirits to come out of him." I named several which I believed were in him.

No sooner than I said this, the man looked up at me and smiled wide, "They’re gone!" The other men all sensed that the spirits had left him.

That night, the leader of this group came to me privately and asked, "Tom, what were we doing wrong? Why couldn’t we drive out the spirits?"

I explained to him, "You should not hold conversations with demons. By doing that, you prolong the deliverance. Simply, take your authority over the spirits and cast them out!" He accepted what I said.

Quote# 37703

I went to campmeeting in tulsa oklahome a couple times, this time i was sitting next to the pastor of my church , we went as a group. There was a guy I dont remember his name, was having a healing ceramony. Many people went forward to have hands laid on them for healing. I was looking at this guy that was next in line and suddenly I seen 3 demons on his back. They looked like giant bats with teradactyl type heads. They were clinging to this guys spine and I could see them pulling etheral material out of the guy with thier black batlike fingers. I was shocked I turned to my pastor asking what where those things? I told him what I was seeing. He couldnt see them. He told me God is opening my spiritual eyes and to watch and see what he was showing me. The man doing the laying on of hands as soon as the guy stepped up to him said " You got 3 demons on your back man" apparantly he could see them too. The guy who had the demons on his back said " I know, I've had other healers tell me the same thing". The Healer got angry and said in a loud voice to him " You know?? Man take authority over them things!!! Why you letting them come back? Then the Healer said it never ceases to amaze me how comfortable people get with thier demons.

Quote# 37749

There are several countries mentioned specifically in the end times propheies. And in those places where they are mentioned and described every country and/or region can be identified EXCEPT the United States. Nowhere in the scriptures you are quoting is any specific country mentioned except the target of the AC, Israel. Add to that the fact that no respected bible scholar admits to finding the United States mentioned specifically in scripture. In fact the whole of the North American continent is missing from scripture and I don't remember seeing the South American continent mentioned either.

There are any number of very good reasons for the Americas being missing from end times prophecy. The most imminent and obvious is the nuking of one or more American cities. If you think a couple of airplanes and a few buildings caused chaos in the economy just think what a couple of nukes, or dirty bombs, hitting wall street, Washington D C, the Port of New York, and maybe a couple of industrial centers would do to us. All it will take for that to happen is for our leaders to keep their heads buried deeply in their butts like they already seem to be. It was said about 9/11 that it wasn't a lack of inteligence that allowed it to happen but rather a lack of immagination. I haven't seen any proof that that has changed since 9/11.

Quote# 37742

Athiest think Christians are stupid and judgemental and yet Athiest are judging them. Athiest say their is no God but on September 11, 2001 they were the first to blame God. They were the first to ask why he didn't stop it from happening. The claim their is no afterlife but then state that when we all die we will be disappointed that their is not Heaven. If their is no heaven and no afterlife then how will we ever trully not the truth? They claim that christian parents are brainwashing their children by pushing their beliefs on them but then they demand that their children not believe in God. Aren't they brainwashing their children also. Lets face it their is just as much evidence that God does exist as their is that he doesn't. Their really isn't any really hard evidence to prove any one of them to be the truth.

[In response to someone pointing out that evolution is the result of many small changes and adaptations over a long period of time.]

Again that is simply natural selection and adaptation nothing evolved. And your saying billions of years which isn't possible. The earth is roughly 6000 years old. If the earth was simply 15 million years old the population at the rate that it has increased would leave us with over 100,000 people per sq feet. so that's out of the question. and again where did this all start?

I was talking to my 6 year old the other day (dh and I have custody of our 6 year old granddaughter and 7 year old grandson) and she is just getting so excited about Jesus coming. Almost before I thought about it I said something like "It won't be long before you get to meet Aunt Nicki." You would have thought I just told her that we were moving to Disney World! She is so excited about getting to meet her Aunt Nicki! The thing is, Nicki died 6 years before my granddaughter was born! I have some pictures of Nicki on the wall and she has heard us talking about her a few times but she really has no clue who Aunt Nicki is. For her to be so excited I think that has to be The Lords influence on her!

Quote# 37723

[Radio host Hal Turner stated, "I advocate parents using FORCE AND VIOLENCE against Superintendent Paul B. Ash as a method of defending the health and safety of school children presently being endangered through his politically-correct indoctrination into deadly, disease-ridden sodomite lifestyles." He also posted the man's address, phone number, and birth date. This comment from him shows up in a blog asking, "Why isn't Hal Turner in jail yet?"]

I suggest you folks educate yourselves about the legitimate use of force and violence against government.

Start by reading Federalist 28, specifically Paragraph 6. Alexander Hamilton (one of America's Founding Fathers) wrote
"If the representatives of the people betray their constituents, there is then no resource left but in the exertion of that original right of self-defense which is paramount to all positive forms of government, . . . . .The citizens must rush tumultuously to arms, without concert, without system, without resource; except in their courage and despair."

In case you don't understand what Hamilton meant, he meant pick up guns and kill them.

Paul B. Ash - a public official of the Public school system - is betraying the people of Lexington, MA whom he was hired to serve. He has been repeatedly told by THE PEOPLE to stop trying to teach 5 year olds about gay families. He has defied THE PEOPLE and continues to defy THE PEOPLE.

Asa far as I am concerned there is no recourse left but in the exercise of the original right of self defense.

If killing government officials is endorsed by our Founding Fathers, who am I to disagree?

Hal Turner

[According to another commenter, "THE PEOPLE" appears to be exactly TWO of them. Nobody else in the community seems to have a problem with the superintendent.]

Quote# 37736

"Now my daughter wants to spend her life saving the earth or whatever. The schools around here are heavy into going green and ultimate socialism. She has been taught by the school system to go out into the world to give everything she has to them as well as recycling everything to the extreme. When I tried explaining to her how much gas it costs to drive to our nearest recycling center and how much trash we'd have to have piled here waiting to be recycled in order to make the trip worth it, she didn't get what the problem is. The place looks like a trash dump. I'll tell her to throw something away, and she'll hide it somewhere. Whenever I find something that was supposed to go into the garbage that she hoarded away to recycle and throw it away, she pitches a fit like I'm so horrible for throwing something away. After a milk container that wasn't even rinsed out has been stashed somewhere, it gets really smelly...if you know what I mean. I live nearly 40 minutes from a recycling facility. I don't want to collect garbage. I try to tell her that she cannot save the earth anyway, that God is going to destroy this earth and make a new one and she shrugs me off or something, not sure exactly how to describe her reaction. I find it interesting that several people have said that there is so much evidence for evolutionism, but I havn't seen any examples either in comments or in the video or article. As a homechooled student, I am being taught to think for myself, and I want to know why evolution is "obviously" true but I'm not hearing why. what makes it a better theory than creationism? I"ve only heard that certain facts of evolution are the way they are just because its true. How do we know? Nobody was there to see it! I am not brainwashed.

In reply to a LONG running thread about homosexuality this one said this.........

"To me it is also gender-related. Example: female homosexuality is way more natural than homosexualuality in men, and my argument is this... men do not breast feed their sons, but mothers (most) breastfeed their daughters. Now this may seem like a strange argument, but just think about it. The act of breastfeeding is not NECESSARILY a sexual experience or expression, but there is a stimulation of the errogenous zones of the baby's mouth and the mother's nipples during breastfeeding."

Increased Crime Because of Prohibition is the Devil's Lie

I hear so many people defending the legalization of alcohol by claiming that the prohibition laws only caused massive crime. They love to tout about gangsters, Al Capone, machine guns, etc. Did you ever stop to realize that there were few gangsters anywhere else besides Chicago? People from around the world still come to Chicago to see Al Capone's town. Other than a museum, a restaurant, and a a few murals, there's not much to see. Why would people idolize such a filthy criminal who died of Syphilis in Florida? Al Capone was a total loser in God's eyes. People like to claim that the prohibition laws created a massive illegal underground black market. This is simply not true.

[On the subject of an elementary school having a 'rainbow day.']

Well, I decided not to let my daughter go to school that day. She understands fully what this day is for. I explained to her that they are doing this day to show support of homosexuality and she immediately said "no, no, no, I will not go to school that day and you can just tell them I'm sick because it makes me sick". Spoken from a 6 yr old!
I am so proud of her and G-d has given her such a deep understanding spiritually that it's amazing.

Keep your kids away from "Avenged Sevenfold"!!!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The demonic music of the endtimes just keeps getting worse. I was just down in the living room this evening and my bro-in-law was watching "A Little Piece of Heaven" by Avenged Sevenfold on Youtube with his friends. I can't really tell my wifes brother what to do so I went upstairs and did some research. How evil can music get? Pretty evil.

The video is on youtube but I won't link it here.

[In response to Yt video of Dr. Abd Al-Hamid Al-Ubeidi justifying marrying girls of eight...]

Nobody should judge anyone's culture unless it has to do with death and rape (rape meaning forceful unwanted intercourse from the other partner) than we can shoot em all, but if not than respect it, even if u dont agree with it.

[one post later]

I really dont see a problem with 18+ males marrying under 18 females as long as it's with real love and not just lust for young females, almost all girls nowadays arent even virgins anymore at the age of 11 it's sad but true. I think a girl of 12 up would be ready for marriage as long as the male is not older than 25.

Quote# 37710

n my youth, I was working at a local restaurant when one of my fellow employees confided in me. She said, "Tom, I know you’re going to think I’m crazy. But I feel that I have a demon inside of me. Nearly every night when I go to bed, this spirit begins to scare me." This girl was not a charismatic. She was not even a Christian at the time. She simply believed that evil spirits were real.

I told her that I believed her and that I would try to help her. We ended the conversation and proceeded to continue working. We closed the restaurant and started cleaning up. The Lord startled me, "Tom, if you will speak to the spirit now, the demon will go."

I walked to this girl as she was vacuuming the carpet. I said to her, "The Lord spoke to me and told me to tell the spirit to go, and it will go."

She turned off the vacuum cleaner and said, "Then tell it to go."

I pointed my finger at her—she was about ten feet away—and said to the spirit, "In the name of Jesus, I tell you evil spirit to come out of her!"

The moment I said that she gasped, "Ugh!" She looked startled and exclaimed, "Something came out of my mouth. What was that?"

"That was the demon. It’s gone!"

[Explain how a literal interpretation of Genesis 1 is necessary to Christianity.]

Other parts of the Bible would make no sense.

Example:
Genesis 3:19
In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return.

[Logical progression from your post, AV:

Why does it matter if the Bible doesn't make sense?]

For one thing, the United States of America wouldn't exist.
